Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mvprugs@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at mvprugs@gmail.com immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.

EU Policy

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging, and must include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
